Loki listened, watching her with a look like 'are you stupid?'. But he was thinking over everything she said, what he would do and wouldn't do, keeping comments to himself. Hmmm. She got to the last and he felt himself go defensive. Him? Apologize?! He hadn't been the one to start this whole thing!! She had! He had to win this... But how? He couldn't flirt with anyone apparently, or he might hurt her. How had he even hurt her? It had seemed impossible before, she was always blowing him off or ignoring him or getting his hopes up and then letting him crash into the ground again in a pile of smoldering flames. He hissed out a sigh. Damn her. WHY DID HE KEEP TRYING?!?!? He tried to calm himself, loosing his line of thought. He couldn't flirt with anyone. Well flirting came natural to him. It was like a second language. That meant if he was going to stop flirting for the month he couldn't see anyone. He had a room here in the palace. He could just stay there, say he wasn't feeling well. He could come down ill for the entire month. Hmmm. It sounded like an excruciatingly boring plan. What would he do for a month? He'd think of something. He turned his attention back to the Queen, everything she had just said forgotten to him. How was he supposed to fight for her if she didn't want him flirting with her? How could he fight? With what? If she told him to fight Charlie he would! He would blast that idiot into space. He calm again, going on.
"Humph... I think... I will stop. This is enough. I'm sorry your majesty, but it seems I do not feel well and I'm most likely going to be feeling ill for quite some time. I apologize for my rude behavior and... and... If you see Grench. Just tell her I'm an idiot and some other very horrible things."
He smiled, and the smile alone could either break your heart, or infuriate you. He bowed to her, touching his hand to his heart and fluttering his wings as in black and white sparkles he disappeared, reappearing in his room in the castle. He went slowly to the window seat, taking off his jacket and letting it drop on the floor. He hopped onto the seat, staring up with ominous black eyes at the silvery moon. He let it's light caress him, thinking hard about what he could do for the next thirty days. This was going to take every ounce of patience he had and then some...
((^_^ awww poor Loki, he's locking himself in his room so he wont do anything bad ^_^ see? he cares! He's adorable in his stupid way ^_^ and I don't know why I'm making him sound all olden times
the thought of king and queen makes me want to start say 'Thou is thy most gracious excellence' n stuff ^_^` I guess we can start a new thread? I want to be a week into it so he;'s been in his room for a week and he's totally pissed and half crazy XD))
