Master of the castle.

The castle really was magnificent, simply breathtaking. The attention to detail was made it so brilliant, everything was like a snowflake, totally unique. The soft turquiose glow through the walls added to the castle's lure. many rooms, and hallways, though right now only one room was in use at the moment.

The throne room.It was snowing everywhere in the room except fordown the middle where a long elegant purple rug was laid on the floor leading up to the giant throne, the back of which was a giant snow flake, the seat part of it was dressed in soft furs. On it sat a white-haired man in a white suit, A black dress shirt and a white tie underneath. He had his hands together in his lap, one leg propped up on the other. He had his eyes closed. Was he sleeping?

"Rorek!" A voice echoed out in his head.

Well not anymore. Rorek sighed as he shifted his weight. Other than his movement he didn't do anything to acknowledge Korrex. He didn't need Acknowledgement.

"So Rorek we going anywhere today?"
"No....I feel like sitting right now."
"So....does that mean we will do something later?
Rorek did not answer.
"I am taking that as a yes then."

A light speckle fluttered its way in the breeze. The speckle was like a small ball of light with edges of shadows around it. If you looked close enough you could see that it was a fairy. It fluttered its way up the mountian.

She'd never been so high up before! Or atleast up this mountian before! It was starting to get pretty cold up here-- good thing she brought a little coat. Breathing almost heavily, the fairy stopped flying upward and hesitated. She closed her little eyes and then flashed. Reapearing, she became the size of a human. The fairy fluttered her wings, rustling her white coat with the animal fur on the edges. Of course it wasn't real! It was fake, but still warm. This was so interesting! The explorer started to step into snow, her brown eyes looked down at the ground, her long brown hair brushing past her face. She walked on and on, her thoughts swimming. They swam to the night before...when she met...him. Her body tingled with an almost foriegn longing for this man. She blushed slightly her feelings getting the better of her.

Blinking then, the girl noticed something odd. On the snow...it was..glowing blue? It was a light blue...odd.... Her mind clicked...and she looked up.

Before her eyes was a huge palace. It was a perfect cut out ice calstle. She stood in shock, her eyes wide. How..how amazing! This...this was... !! Her breath was slightly taken away at the sight... Who...who lived here?

Rorek had fallen asleep awhile ago while sitting. Korrex of course waited rather patiently, he knew he could get the body when he fell asleep, so what was the point in not letting him sleep? Well anyways with Rorek asleep, Korrex took over the body and decided to roam the castle making sure everything was in shape, he would occasionally stop and inspect something.

They were always finding small details through out the castle that needed attending, it was never something others would notice, especially while in awe of the castle and all the other details. He was busy fixing a small part of the floor when he felt a temperature difference. It was coming from outside.

Korrex stood up and looked in the direction as the disturbance. WHo could it possibly be?

Rorek and Korrex matained the temperature around and inside the castle to always be a smidgen colder than it would be naturally. That way they could detect disturbances. Korrex then turned to the wall and walked straight at it, as soon as it would seem like he would stop his body phased into the ice.

On the outside of the castle the wind started to pick up, snow blowing almost horizantally. Korrex's body could be seen, if you knew exactly what you were looking for, floating through the snow down toward the figure who was standing outside the castle. It was the girl! She had found him! Oh this was perfect!

Korrex remained quiet, his body flashing in the snow for a second before disappearing. "Why Ashlee! I didn't excpect to see you so soon! especially at my home of all places."

Korrex was standing behind her smiling at her, he walked forward to place a hand on her shoulder.

Jeeze, what a big thing to be out here in the open of nowhere!! Ashlee folded her arms, shivering. It was possible to have it up here-- it was darn cold enough! The fairy turned to walk around the castle of ice but something moving caught her eye. She looked past the thick falling snow and saw a person. Who else was here?! She stopped and waited...wait..it was coming toward her.

She hesitated, almost frightened, but still curious. She squinted her eyes for a sec before letting them go wide. Wait... Korrex!! She started blankly at him in suprize as he came out to see her. Though she blinked for a second...hold on.. he dissapeared! She leaned foward trying to see thought the thick snow. A hand carefully was placed on her shoulder. She tensed up and with a natural reaction gave a small scream. She twisted around...and fell. She landed on her butt with an 'umf' and automatically looked up, slightly frightened.

He...he was behind her. Oh no! Dang it...no she looked like an idiot. A blaring blush cast though her face as she gave a small embarressed giggle as she looked up at him, almost too tired to get up. So she sat slightly akwardly in the snow shivering.

"Oh. Hello Korrex. Oh...you live here?"

Ashlee looked at the castle then looked back up high at him. From the ground he was very high up....

"Wow."

She hesitated while shivering then flushed again feeling her response was slight...stupid.

Rorek stepped back as she fell, god he loved doing that. He crouched down to her, a smile on his face as he watched her get embarrassed for falling. SHe was shivering, well she should be, it is friggin cold! just the way he liked it. He moved over to her to scoop her up in his arms. Standing up with and arm on her shoulder and the other under her knees he began to make his way to the castle. His body was very warm despite the cold, which of course made his body warmth very soothing to others in the extreme cold.

"You shouldn't be sitting in the snow like that, you catch a cold. The castle is so much warmer. I shall fix you something warm to drink, and if you need we have warmer clothes for guests."

Korrex made his way through the front doors of the castle with Ashlee in his arms. He continued walking through the castle till he reached a door. Pushing it open with his shoulder he revealed a large kitchen. and this room was different from almost all the other rooms because it wasnt entirely made of ice, it looked like a normal kitchen well a normal chef kitchen.

He walked in the kitchen and placed her on her feet. "So what are you in the mood for? Hot chocolate or coffee or tea? Or sometheing else? "

["Parker!"]

Ashlee smiled shyly moving herself to get up, but she felt him grab her and bring her up. Oh! She tensed for a momment feeling his hands on her, but relaxed as she trusted him. He ment no harm. Anyways...he was really warm. So weird how his power was ice! She almost snuggled against him to find warmth, trying to keep her teeth from chattering. It was so hard, she was just a little fairy.

"Oh, o-okay."

She chattered smally as she looked up to him shyly. They moved into the castle and Ashlee took a look around. How amazing! The castle was made of pure ice though thick enough so that you couldn't see though the walls ((or could you see though the walls? i dunno)). It was so much warmer in here. Like..a jumbo igloo! Moving into the kitchen she noticed the ice walls were gone. Probably to prevent melting from cooking. She slid out of his arms as he placed her on her feet. She was still a little cold from before, she held herself taking a few steps an looked around before he spoke to her asking her if she wanted anything to drink.

"Oh, um, hot chocolate, please."

She spoke softly finding it uneasy to look him in the eye without turning scarlet. She looked away at the beatiful placement of the place. It was so...so cozy in here... except for her pants...she was kind of wet now from falling in the snow. She didn't want to ruin his seats with her wet pants so she stood looking around for a momment.

"You...you live here by yourself-- and your brother, right?"

She blurted out rather smoothly, the thought coming to her head as she couldn't resist to ask.

Korrex nodded as she request hot chocolate. He walked over to a cabinet and removed pot. then snow gathered behind him in the shape of himself, it walked around gathering ingredients: brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, sugar, salt, water, and some milk. The clone started to prepare the neccesary amounts to cook around three cups. Korrex had gotten the stove ready and melt the chocolate in the water.

After it was thouroughly melted he then slowly mixed in the milk, the salt and sugar. then stirring it till it was the right consistency. He then poured it all into two large coffee mugs. He walked over with his steaming sweet concoction, he walked over to a small table where he placed the chocolate, in a sitting place. He motioned for her to sit down. HE himself sat down and took a sip of the chocolate.

Looking up at her he finally answered her question. He smiled. "Yep. Just me and Rorek. We made this place expecting visitors, whether intentional or otherwise. So far there have only been a couple of people lost up hear. about two including you."

((oh and yes the ice walls cannot be seen through,))

While the gentleman had begun working on their drinks she worked hard to remeber the drying spell. Oh geeze what...what was it!? She didn't want to borrow clothes--oh how embarressing! She turned around as if looking at something and closed her eyes, mouthing some words before she felt...dryness. Aha! She thanked the heavens for now her clothes were dry and warm. Mhmmm. She turned around to see Korrex there motioning for her to sit. She sat gladly and took the hot drink in her hands, she blew on it gently glaneing up at Korrex as he spoke. She nodded with a smile and responded,

"Yes, it's quite a climb up here-- but it's worth it. Your castle is very beautiful."

She then took a sip of her drink, its warmth making her blood warm up as she looked comfortable.

Korrex downed the scalding drink in one gulp, steam could barely be seen coming from his open mouth as soon as the hot liquid entered. He blew out a breath as he hit his chest. He could feel the warm liquid trying to burn him, Rorek always hated when he used the cold power to eat super hot foods. He smiled to Ashlee as she commented him on the castle.

"well it had better be beautiful. We spent an entire year up here getting it right. And that is with a power that makes ice look exactly like you want it." He got up and walked around behind her chair.

"Now miss Ashlee, would you like a tour?" He smiled as his glistened, his intentions well hidden.

((eh really short, not much of a muse for it right now.)

Ashlee adverted her eyes away as he began to drink. Woah- that drink was like so hot--how did he... oh yeah. The cold. She took another sip watching him speak. The house surely was beautiful. A castle of course. But it was only Rorek and Korrek, how sad. They must get pretty lonley. She felt glad that she lost her way up here. He got up and she looked up at him as he came behind her. A tour? She hestated mommentarily then smiled brightly,

"A tour? I'd love one!"

She spoke cheerily feeling honored to get led though such a beautiful home. She stood up pushing her chair back in, waiting for him to lead the way.
