Past: He grew up away from his own kind, in the human world. he instantly knew he was different, as if his wings wern't clue enough. He stole to get by, living by himself till he met Dax. He ran into Dax when he was about 6. They instantly bonded as best friends for life because they both had wings in common. And the freaky hair and eye colors. Loki's powers suddenly bloomed whent hey were robbing a bank and he was transported God knows where and leaving Dax behind. He finally found Dax again not too long ago while heisting a tour bus.
Personality: He's a cheat, a womanizer, sly, a theif, mischivious. He's the model pixie. ^_^. Of course to his friends he is nothing but loyal and good. Not saying he's not a bad influence on friends, he's still Loki, nothing can change that.
