Name: Anthony Drake
Gender: Male
Age (approx.): 206 (Though he looks to be about 27)
Appearance: Tall and lean and muscled. He's the image of a near perfect body, lanky yet porportionate. His jaw is angled and his cheeks sort of sunken. His hair is a dark brunette and often slicked back. Anthony's eyes are a chocolate brown, almost black. He's extremely handsome. *Drools*
Past: His life has been particulary tragic. He was born in 1801 to a well-off merchant and his domestic mother. In 1821 he married Maybelle Lillith, the love of his life. Anthony worked hard to support them, and they joined a group of English colonists and moved to the island now known as Lordight. Together they bought a small, three-room house. And they couldn't be happier. In 1826 Maybelle born him a baby girl that, unfortunately, never gained the rite of passage to be named (seeing as, in tradition, parents would wait at least two years to name their children, in order to not get too attached if they died of disease) because she did not reach the age of two.
Anthony came home one night to find his wife and daughter murdered in the nursery, a stab through the heart taken each of their lives. He himself felt as though his heart had been ripped from his chest. They had no enemies that he could think of, but someone had taken the time to be sure that he had nothing left to live for.
You have to understand--they were everything to him. He was happy. And so having them be killed, well, killed him. Anthony left them there, numbly went into town and located a pistol, and went back to the house. He stood on the front lawn and shot himself in the head.
He was lying on the ground in a pool of blood, ready to be re-joined with the women of his life, when he opened his eyes and he was on the lawn again. The bullet lay beside him and his clothes were soaked in his own blood. He felt his head and there was no mark, not even a scratch, whatsoever.
Current Life/Personality: Anthony has been forced to live; due to his power, he has no choice. He stayed in Lordight as it progressed, as gifteds moved in and everything. He still owns the little blue house and his family is buried in the backyard. He never found out who took them from him, and now there is no chance to get revenge because that person is most certainly dead. And so he, on occasion, kills. Anthony is not insane; he's just depressed. He forms no close relationships with anyone, because he fears what will happen. He will continue living forever because of his healing, but other people that he meets won't. And so he kills them when they become too close. Perhaps out of jealously because they are mortal, perhaps because it's the closest thing to revenge.
He always has a message for them, but it is not revealed until the moment before death *mysterious*. He's shady and dark. Basically, he's a loner. When he was alive ( he considers this the life before his wife and daughter's murder), he was happy and social. Now he is quite the opposite.
Pet (if any): None
Other: Nothing really. But OMG I found the perfect song for him. It'll go in my player notes when I get to it. =P
