Oookay. So, if you're somebody important in the government, you'll be there. If you're the king and queen, you'll be there.
Vampires are invited, because it's polite.
There are an assortment of other high ranking officials that manage the other creatures affairs, of course.
Night Fairy's and Light Fairy's are there.
Neil, Dax, Loki, and Jamie are there.
So, if you think you're high ranking in the government, you'll be there.
If you're a movie star, I doubt it. XD Sorry.
If you're an ordinary woman, or man, I doubt it. XD Sorry again!
Haha, just setting the boundaries. It's open to who I said, and if you're not one of those people your charrie had better have a d**n good reason to be there. XD Yup. :3

((They seem like they would be friends, their cold and calculating natures hiding what they are really thinking. mind you victor is probably more evil than Rorek, but they could be friends. it is all about the company. lol))
